Pemesanan Koi Melalui WhatsApp di Be Koi Farm

Proses Pemesanan:

1. Pemesanan dapat dilakukan melalui pesan WhatsApp ke nomor yang telah disediakan oleh Be Koi Farm.
2. Pastikan untuk memberikan informasi pesanan dengan jelas, termasuk jenis Koi yang diinginkan, jumlah, dan kriteria khusus (jika ada).

Konfirmasi Pesanan:

1. Setelah menerima pesanan, tim Be Koi Farm akan memberikan konfirmasi melalui WhatsApp, termasuk detail pesanan dan informasi pengiriman.
2. Konfirmasi pesanan dapat berisi total biaya, termasuk harga Koi dan biaya pengiriman (jika dikenakan).

 Pembayaran:

1. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui metode pembayaran yang telah ditentukan oleh Be Koi Farm.
2. Pesanan akan diproses setelah pembayaran diterima dan diverifikasi.

 Pengiriman:

1.  Be Koi Farm akan mengatur pengiriman sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
2. Biaya pengiriman dan tanggung jawab atas kesejahteraan Koi selama pengiriman akan dijelaskan dalam konfirmasi pesanan.

 Jaminan Kesehatan:

1. Be Koi Farm memberikan jaminan kesehatan untuk setiap Koi yang dijual.
2. Apabila terdapat masalah kesehatan setelah Koi diterima, pelanggan diharapkan segera menghubungi tim Be Koi Farm untuk mendapatkan bantuan.

 Kebijakan Pengembalian dan Penukaran:Be Koi Farm memiliki kebijakan pengembalian dan penukaran yang berlaku.
