On Saturday morning, January 3rd, 2026, the entire team of Be Koi Farm proudly welcomed a visit from our business partners from the Netherlands, who had the opportunity to tour our operational office and quarantine facilities. They traveled all the way from the Netherlands to Indonesia to gain a deeper understanding of Be Koi Farm (Indo Koi Abadi).
This visit was part of our commitment to strengthen our partnership while also providing a more comprehensive understanding of the operational standards we implement, including the international standards we follow to ensure the safety of every scheduled shipment.
During this session, we began by visiting the office, where we provided an overview of the company’s working system, operational management, quality standards for koi sales, and the procedures we follow in serving our international customers.
The visit then continued to our quarantine facility, which is one of the most important parts of maintaining the quality and health of our koi before they are distributed to customers. At this facility, our team explained various procedures that we implement, such as the selection process for koi entering the quarantine area, health observation processes, water quality monitoring, doing lab test Health certificate of fish and the temperature adaptation stages carried out before the koi are ready for international shipment.
Through this visit, our partners from the Netherlands were able to directly witness our commitment to implementing high quality standards and a structured management system to ensure that every koi is maintained in the best possible condition. Hopefully by this visit will further strengthen the partnership that has been established and open opportunities for broader collaboration in the future between Indonesia and the Netherlands.
